Timothy Paul Bielec

I work at the intersection of technical systems architecture and creative AI implementation. As Co-Founder of Promptcrafted LLC (with partner Araminta K), I build generative AI tools, scalable deployment frameworks, and production pipelines for studios, enterprise partners, and independent creators.

My core expertise is in LoRA training for AI video and image models and in architecting multi-agent investigatory frameworks that bring the same pipeline discipline to complex, abstract problems. On the production side, I've developed and deployed training pipelines and delivered models to major studios, working across the full stack from dataset curation and fine-tuning through pipeline architecture and enterprise integration. On the research side, I've built GPU-accelerated computational environments and configured AI research agents that systematically analyze large datasets — most recently a published corpus of 252 verified isopsephic values across three research streams, executed through a four-phase analytical protocol with formal evidence grading. The architectural thinking is the same: rigorous dataset handling, reproducible multi-stage pipelines, and systematic validation — whether the output is a production video model or a computational philology finding.

What I Do

Pipeline Architecture & Model Optimization — Designing efficient pipeline architecture that enhances model performance and accelerates deployment cycles. Building scalable technical frameworks that streamline model deployment while preserving creative flexibility.

LoRA Training & Fine-Tuning — Character and style LoRAs that consistently rank among the highest-fidelity results in the space, achieved with remarkably small training datasets. Specialist in Flux Dev, Wan, Marey 1.5, and emerging models, with deep ComfyUI workflow expertise. Establishing best practices for fine-tuning that ensure consistent quality across diverse applications.

Multi-Agent Research Architecture — Designing and deploying configured AI research environments with MCP server integration, structured analytical protocols, and evidence grading frameworks. Building systems where multiple AI agents collaborate on large-scale investigatory tasks — from computational analysis of historical corpora to domain-specific knowledge synthesis — with full reproducibility and verifiable outputs.

AI Video Production Pipelines — End-to-end automated workflows for professional video generation, combining multiple model stages and maximizing computational resource utilization. Strategic integration into broader systems and enterprise partner ecosystems.

Training, Documentation & Evangelism — Codifying specialized skill sets to enable wider adoption of advanced generative AI techniques. Technical writing, knowledge transfer, and evangelizing cutting-edge AI workflows to empower product teams and external partners.

Background

Based in Los Angeles. Previously drove innovation in AI video production at a generative AI startup (pre-acquisition), where I optimized generative image and video models with an emphasis on pipeline efficiency and enterprise-level integration. I developed production training methodologies, led strategic integrations into enterprise partner ecosystems, and delivered models and workflows to major film and entertainment studios — collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end workflows and ensure seamless technical implementation.
