AI Video Production Pipelines
End-to-end automated pipelines for AI-assisted video generation, designed for pipeline efficiency, scalable deployment, and creative flexibility.
Overview
A collection of integrated video production pipelines that chain multiple AI models and tools into coherent, automated workflows for generating professional-quality video content. Each pipeline addresses a different production need — from short-form character animation to longer narrative sequences with synchronized voice and lip movement.
The architecture is designed around pipeline efficiency and scalable deployment, streamlining the multi-model generation process while preserving creative flexibility at every stage.
Architecture
The pipelines are built around a multi-stage approach, with each stage handling a discrete part of the generation process: visual generation with character LoRA integration, facial animation and lip-sync, and text-to-speech voice generation with emotional control. Automated workflows manage computational resource allocation across stages, maximizing GPU utilization while maintaining output quality.
Each component can run independently for testing and iteration, but the full pipelines produce lip-synced, voiced video from a script and character specification. The modular design means individual stages can be swapped as better tools become available without rebuilding the entire workflow — a key principle in designing efficient pipeline architecture that accelerates deployment cycles.
Active Projects
These pipelines are in active use across multiple creative projects, including short film production, character-driven narrative content, and experimental visual work. The focus is on building reliable, repeatable workflows that creative teams can operate without deep ML expertise.
Hardware
Designed for high-VRAM GPU environments (48GB+). The pipelines manage VRAM allocation across stages to avoid memory issues during the multi-model workflow.
